Mark Drummond
Mark acquired a number of payroll clients and book-keeping partners in 2016, growing the business steadily to become a limited company in April 2017. Mark has lived in Exmouth all his life except for a brief time in Southampton for university, graduating with a Business Management Degree that specialising in the finance.
Following university he spent a year managing for a high-pressure catering company; responsible for customer satisfaction, a high product quality and developing a highly-trained motivated team. In 2016, the pull of the south drew him back to Exmouth where he focused all energies into growing a successful company.
Jody Anderson
Jody has worked alongside Mark since acquiring several payroll clients and joined Payroll4Business when it became limited in April 2017. Jody has a keen interest and long history in finance, having spent a number of years working in the banking industry. Jody settled in Lympstone with husband Karl along with 2 daughters who attend the local primary school. Jody is actively involved with the Lympstone pre-school, offering her time to support and promote the local charity.
Jody’s attention to detail and friendly manner make her an integral part of the P4B ethos, which is to provide a supportive, knowledgeable service that takes away the headache of processing your own payroll. She enjoys running in her spare time, which is limited to when she is not taxiing the children to their many out of school activities, her husband Karl is often left running to keep up!
